Shooter's World Education - AR 15 Builders Course

This AR15 Build Class educates you on the individual components of an AR15 and its complete assembly. Students purchase a new AR-15 rifle that has been carefully disassembled and are led through the process of assembly by our instructors. When the build is done and inspected, the AR is yours to take to the range and bring home. Class includes all necessary components and tools.

Each student will receive a Real Avid Armorer's Kit and Smart Mat, a value over $300, a $100 store credit to purchase additional accessories as well as 20 rounds of .223 to test fire their rifle.

Students will receive their disassembled rifles no later than 5 days prior to the class date. It is their responsibility to bring all components that they were originally given on the day of the class. Shooter’s World is not responsible for lost parts once the customer has taken possession of the firearm on the date of transfer.

All students must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a DOJ NICS background check prior to the course. All canceled firearm sales and course cancellations will incur a 20% processing fee. Any student who fails to attend the class without prior notice will forfeit their course fee. This course can be rescheduled so long as a 24 hour notice is given.

No prior building experience required. All parts are provided. Students must be at least 21 years of age. Payment in full must be made before the class begins. All students MUST be capable of passing a NICS Background Check by completing the required 4473; the process of completing the background check must be started at least 7-days in advance of the class; students who do not pass or complete the background check and 4473 process 7-days or more in advance are not transferred the firearm/lower receiver, may not attend the class, and incur a 20% cancellation fee. Rescheduling or cancelling this class requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Rescheduling or cancelling requests made within 24 hours of the start date incur a 20% fee. If a student does not show up to the class with no communication as outlined above, the course fee is forfeited. All cancelled firearm sales for this class incur a 20% fee. Students must arrive on-time for the class. Late arrivals are subject to being dismissed from the class, requiring the class be rescheduled, and incur a fee of 20%; This is at the discretion of the instructor. Future class dates may or may not be published or have availability at the time of rescheduling; In this event, students are placed on a waitlist and are notified through email and telephone when a new class is available.
